62 Squadron

This is the main page for the squadron or unit. More info will be added here as I get the time, but for now it's a "base" for establishing comms with other members of the same unit. I was saddened to learn that 62 (Cyprus) Support Sqn was disbanded. What has happened to the garrison town of Dhekelia?

Hi Ian, I would be very interested, my Dad Eric Johnston said he was involved in that build, 74 I think

Hi Ian, I'll be interested to see the photos. I believe I was involved during the tiling process. I was with 62 (NE) 1972 - 1974

I helped to build that, was in slim bks on the front whilst we were there, we also built the football & hockey pitches in the valley under BMH, was with 12 sqd then
