Anyone serve with 3 Div Field Hygiene section RAMC?

Hi I was at PerhamDown But with 3 Div Field Hygiene Section RAMC there were Two Sappers attached to them and our official job titles were as Driver Coffin Makers. One being a Metal worker and the other carpenter and joiner. Anybody else serve with this Unit?
